Guest Access:

Guest will have full access to the main house, barn, and outdoor amenities. There is a guest house at the front of the property, but you have full privacy at the back of the property where the rental is located.



The Neighborhood:

Located on 40 beautiful acres less than 5 minutes from the town square in Round Top!



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting the HOSTIE transportation van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be over 25 to rent this home.



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $20,000 with the added fee of $125 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- The pool, hot tub, and pond are not fenced. Please watch children at all times.



- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):
