Hoosier Memories! Luxury Stay, Steps from IU - Pool Table, Firepit & More

This was the most thoughtfully planned property! Not a single detail was overlooked. The home was spotless, well equipped, and comfortable. Check out instructions were simple which was appreciated after a busy weekend. A group of us stayed for mom daughter weekend and created amazing memories. Thank you!

What a fabulous experience at Linden House in Bloomington! I only wish I'd found this when my kids were still students at Indiana. Hosts were timely in responding, flexible with our check-in and parking plans, and super helpful in making our friend's birthday one for the books. The photos don't do it justice! We used every sleeping space available for our large party and everyone was comfortable (great beds & linens). Walkable to all the fun places we visited. Highly recommend this or any other property offered by this host. Thanks again!

The house is equipped with everything and more. The house made our moms weekend the most comfortable stay. Plenty of room for all 5 moms and grateful for all the amenities to enjoy the space with our boys. Thank you for all the details and for making it affordable and leaving us with forever memories!

Wonderful home for mom's if 5 college roomates and fraternity brothers. Boys could hangout at the house with us plenty of space. Large enough to host a brunch with mom's & sons. We were lucky to have warm weather in February and use the outdoor space. They thought of everything you need to have a quintessential Indiana experience. Must rent!

This home is the perfect gathering place to enjoy time with friends in Bloomington! We had 5 adult couples comfortably stay in this well appointed home … every corner was cozy with blankets, Indiana decor and the comforts of home! The bathrooms and kitchen were full of essentials and well organized. Eating in at the amazing dining table was such a treat and beats the busy game weekend restaurant scene! Go Hoosiers! 🤍❤️

We were in town for a Hoosiers basketball game. The house was perfect and within walking distance to both the game and Kirkwood. Too many amenities and special touches to mention. We had plenty of room to spread out and especially enjoyed the game room. Character galore! Our kids are now begging for a record player like the one in the basement. We hope to be back to fully take advantage of the house and outdoor space when the weather is nicer.

Truly a fantastic rental experience. We had a large group and everyone had ample space. The IU themed decor is fun but still classy. The outdoor space is spectacular. Could not have been happier with the property.

Linden House was the perfect spot for our college girls’ reunion weekend in Bloomington! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the ultimate Hoosier home - thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and full of Indiana University charm. Every detail was clearly planned with care, from the cozy spaces to the IU-themed touches that made us nostalgic for our campus days. The house had everything we needed (and then some!) - plenty of space to gather, laugh, and catch up, plus all the modern comforts that made it feel like home. No detail was missed, and it was spotless, stylish, and simply perfect for our group. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Bloomington. Linden House set the bar high for reunion trips! ❤️

Absolutely awesome place. Exactly as advertised. It would have been a 10/10 on location and house condition alone, but the owners think of everything to make the stay incredible. It’s clear that they really want your stay in Bloomington to be memorable.Besides the incredible kindness/thoughtfulness…the attention to detail is also extraordinary — even all the way down to phone shedding cables (both USB C and older versions) on each bedside nightstand.The games were great as was the backyard.I definitely hope to stay here again with my family.

Our family of 4 were in town for an event and the house was a perfect location for events in and around campus. The bonus was all of the fun games and activities at the house. A stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home itself was unique and beautiful and it’s clear the owners have invested so much thought into making the house a wonderful escape for whoever visits. Though the weather wasn’t on our side for to enjoy Lake Monroe, but only for one day, the house was perfect enough to keep everyone occupied and enjoy some relaxation. We utilized every bit of the kitchen and enjoyed grilling our burgers and hotdogs, cooked an amazing breakfast on the grill, made a shrimp boil and then ordered some amazing pizza from Goodfellas. We spent two of our evenings enjoying the firepit while talking and listening to the music. They have a Bluetooth speaker, so it was perfect to have with us outside. They also have cornhole and other outdoor games available. They seriously have thought of everything to ensure your stay is perfect (little snacks, games, laundry detergent sheets, hygiene essentials, etc). We had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6-19) and it was more than enough room and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The owners were very easy to communicate with and did everything they could to ensure our stay was perfect and memorable. We will absolutely stay there again!

This property has many amenities for all age groups! There were many indoor spaces for family members to do different activities . There was outdoor space to play games and visit. The game room was a big asset for all age groups. It had bedrooms on all 3 levels which was nice for different age groups for sleeping arrangements. It was a great place for our family annual vacation for 3 generation ages!! Being close to IU was also nice!!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Not only was it very clean, but there were plenty of unique unique and thoughtful touches including games and blankets for around the firepit. It's clear that the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. We loved the gaming room and overall design of the shared spaces and bedrooms. The outdoor area is very inviting and the landscape was beautiful! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house if you have a large group staying in the Bloomington area!

Absolutely hands down a great property! The hosts thought of every possible need to make it feel like home. The amenities were perfect for our group. We loved the game room and wished it were warmer to utilize the outdoor space. Excellent experience!

Our extended family enjoyed the holidays in this beautiful 1920s, renovated home. The hosts were very prompt and responsive in all communications. The home included thoughtful amenities, and the decor and furniture choices were all beautiful. We all enjoyed the games, arcade, pool table, darts, and air hockey. The bedding was high end, and we all slept well. While the kitchen was small for today's standards, it added to the charm of the historic home, and was stocked with everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The outdoor spaces were inviting and would be great for warmer temps. Everyone in our party loved the home, except for our Boilermaker alum, Ha. We will definitely consider staying here again.
