Hoosier House: Charming 3 bedroom house one mile south of Kirkwood and campus

This beautiful IU-inspired 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Bloomington, whether visiting your students on campus, visiting for football weekends or graduation, or simply checking out all that the surrounding Bloomington and Nashville areas have to offer. Hoosier House Is located 1.2 miles directly south of Downtown Bloomington and Kirkwood Avenue's restaurant and nightlife scene, approximately 1 mile south of the southern end of campus at 3rd Avenue, and just a few blocks westof Bryan Park. New to the short-term rental market, our home away from home is sure to become one of Bloomington's top short term rental properties quickly. Inside, guests find a queen bed master with en suite with shower, as well as a second bedroom with full-over-full bunk beds and a second full bath with tub, sleeping 6 people in the main home. Outside, a detached bunk room in the back yard provides an additional full-over-full bunk bed, sleeping an additional 4 people comfortably. The detached bunk room features a mini-split unit that provides solid climate controlled air conditioning or heat as you wish, as well as an additional refrigerator and card table. The bunk room space is ideal for younger guests looking for their own space, or even older guests who want to separate from the bustle of the main home.

The home features smart locks at the front door, back door, and bunk room, which will operate on your own personal code that will be assigned prior to check-in. The backyard has an 8-foot privacy fence, but please keep in mind that we are in a residential neighborhood with neighbors on both sides of us. We do have attached private parking in the back alley entrance for 2 cars, and there is street parking on the main street in front of the house.

Wifi is available, along with a smartTV in the living room, where you are free to log into any of your personal television apps or screencast to the TV from your devices.
