This home is lovely. Very clean, perfect set-up for three adults plus my daughter. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient location and quiet neighborhood. I would choose to stay here in the future if available.

This excellent townhouse was more than we expected & we’re lucky to have had the opportunity to enjoy our stay, making wonderful memories with daughter & granddaughter. The home was warm, cozy, and beautifully stocked. Our host went up & beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We would definitely book here again!! We thank our host, you are so kind!!

So sad we found Hoosier Happiness, Too our son's senior year - we would absolutely book this unit again and again!! It is out near Target but an easy 8-10 minute drive to the center of campus. Home is clean, bright and super roomy. Large 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Plenty of room for our family to relax and hang out together. The hosts were available for any questions I had. Home had everything we needed in it already - from a darling coffee bar (with red and white striped coffee mugs) to ziplock bags. Loved all the IU artwork around the unit. Bedrooms had comfortable beds with soft linens, large closets and luggage stands. Easy parking right in front of unit. Honestly, could not have asked for a better stay! Will definitely share this with my friends who visit Bloomington.

We were in Bloomington to visit family. Dennis and Brittany were very helpful and kind!The townhome was extremely clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated! There was a welcome basket filled with snacks. The kitchen was complete with dishes and towels.It is spacious and has 2 large TVs. The beds were comfortable.We will plan to stay here again when we are visiting Bloomington!

This was my first time to Indiana but all my husbands family is from there. The townhome was perfect for our little family and everyone was so impressed with how nicely decorated and clean the place was.

The house was even better than descri ed. Very clean and extremely welcoming. It was a very relaxing space to be in. Would definitely rent again if occasion calls for it!

The house was clean and spacious. Had so many extras that we didn’t even think we would need. It was a short drive to campus which made the visit very enjoyable. I would definitely book again.

The space here was so so great for a family, a bathroom for each bedroom and half bath on the main level kept everyone happy. The main level kitchen and living room are close and flow well enough to keep everyone engaged while giving plenty of space for separate activities.The second living room downstairs that flows into the downstairs bedroom is a great quiet area for late night movies without disturbing the rest of the house.We loved this place and it made our trip very enjoyable!

What a wonderful property, stayed for our second time. Had everything we needed for the weekend in Bloomington. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

We came for a long weekend but it was way too short! The accommodations were perfect for four of us to stay here while visiting to watch our daughter get her white coat at IU's School of Optometry. Even better, there was room for her to stay over too after our whirlwind couple of days exploring Bloomington and her school. Plenty of room to gather without falling all over each other. We all appreciated the coffee, snacks, and toiletry extras! If we come back, this is the place to stay!

Amenities were exquisite. Everything you would need was provided. Highly recommend this property and host. Host was very quick to remedy a kitchen disposal issue. Carpet looked to be brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. Great location near IU and downtown.

What a lovely place to stay. Every detail was wonderful- from snack basket in kitchen to extras in the bathrooms. Bedding and bath towels high quality. Unit is very up to date. Dennis was very responsive when we reported a flood in the lower level, caused by a floor drain back up? He called a plumber and handled all the follow up while we were out for the day. Great location for a visit to Bloomington.

Hoosier Happiness Too was so much nicer than we expected compared to the prior VRBOs that we have rented. The bedding was hotel quality, the towels were seemingly brand new, nice comfy bathrobes were provided along with some snacks and coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed - a full compliment of tableware, a cutting board, both a coffee maker and an electric teapot, cream and sugar, you name it, it was provided. The carpets were brand new (or at least felt like it), the smart TVs were new and worked fine. Check out was very simple and although we left the place as clean as we found it, the instructions didn't demand that we spend half a morning following instructions for check out. The location was convenient to campus, restaurants, shopping and the HIlly Hundred location. Dennis was very helpful before our rental, and besides having to call about the wifi initially, we had no need to contact the host about anything because everything went so smoothly during our stay. I highly recommend this property and applaud the Host team for a job well done.

We had 3 couples stay at this property and everything was terrific! The home was clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was great with lots of IU touches. The drive from the home to campus was not too far either!

Communication with the property manager was rough to begin with. Honestly, almost canceled because of comment that were made.

We will definitely stay here again. Everything about it was just right!

The property was excellent. The host was excellent. Our stay was excellent. We'll be back.
