Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the cleaners closet which is locked. Guests will also enjoy access to half of a shared dock, 2 kayaks, outdoor fireplace, and the community playground.

Easy Entry, Hassle-Free Stay:
Your journey begins with a smooth check-in! The code to enter your cozy retreat will be sent in the check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival. Remember to press the check mark button on the keypad after entering the code.

Check-Out Made Simple:
As you prepare to leave, please lock any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock for home security. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle to help our cleaners prepare for the next guest.

❄️ Check Thermostats and AC Units:
For summer stays, turn off the AC units before leaving. For winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. A quick check of these settings helps maintain comfort for future guests.

Grill- Guest are responsible for refilling the propane. Please clean after each use
