Stayed Mar 18, 2025Communication with owner was excellent. There were a few concerns with the unit that we provided owner, so hopefully these will get corrected and fixed prior to next renter.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024This property is in a very nice area. The size of unit was as expected. Very nice to have small balcony outside to sit. Manager of rental communicated well for payment. On arrival instructions were clear for entry key, wifi and laundry area. Exit instructions not clear. Adequate linens for the bed. Only 2 damp towels hanging in bathroom when we arrived. Manager said she would be by with more towels. That is last communication we had from her. Our entire stay we had two towels/two washcloths. The bed is old and very uncomfortable. No pool available as it is under construction. Fridge needs defrosting.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024This studio condo was perfect. It was very clean and extremely welcoming when entering. My month stay was everything I wanted. I was very comfortable. The listing information and pictures were exact. No surprises. Condo is in conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and everything you want or need. Host is very responsive to questions. I recommend this studio condo to everyone. I plan on going back to Florida and this is my first preference.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024The room was nice and clean. There was a problem with the cable and I text with Monica and she was on top of it and got it taken care of. My stay was great, and I would do it again.
