Stayed Sep 15, 2022The expansive front porch was a great place to relax after a day of touring. The living room area was very comfortable and large enough to accommodate our group when we wanted to be inside. The bedrooms were comfortable. Having a parking space inside the Gate was wonderful and added to the security of the place. The ocean was just a few blocks away and we caught a beautiful sunset there. Rocco left very clear instructions on how to get to the house; check in and check out was very easy. The outside eating area was a wonderful place to share a dinner we cooked at the site. It was also fun meeting other guests from around the world during our stay at Rocco‘s. There were dogs in the neighborhood that did keep barking throughout the day and night but it wasn’t enough to detract from the relaxing home. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A roomy apartment walking distance to the beach, the expansive front porch was comfortable for relaxing at the end of a day of touring. The additional outside kitchen was perfect for cooking and the outside eating area created an intimate outdoor dining experience. We were grateful to have secured parking, which was a nice feature. There were two communal washing machines shared by others in the complex and a drying rack was provided for our clothes which dried nicely overnight. Rocco gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation which we truly enjoyed. Thank you, Rocco! The neighbor’s dogs were a little loud at dinner time but most of the time quieted down before bed!
