Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with many great amenities onsite and close by. This home enjoys a wonderful location close to the gate and even closer to the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course and the community pool. You can walk three-quarters of a mile to one of the most popular beaches, enjoy boating and water sports at the Pine Mountain Lake Marina, and take mid-day breaks at the lakeside cafe. You'll also be five miles from great fishing at the aptly named Fisherman's Cove.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has one camera on front door facing out, not inside home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
