Home with pool - walk or bike to beach!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our 8-day stay. We utilized both outdoor seating areas (front porch and poolside) and fit comfortably inside with the bedrooms and indoor eating and seating areas. A bonus was the backyard shed which held bikes, chairs, and beach gear. Being just a 1/2 mile from the beach, we often biked. Close to grocery and other conveniences. Quiet street too. Lots of birds and geckos to admire around the property. We used the heated, screened-in pool daily! Several smart TV’s and a big table to play cards during rainy weather. Very attentive and responsive host. Lovely vacation home!

Love the location. Walkable to beach and close to fun restaurants. Pool was clean and heated perfectly.Covered patio with TV was great at night.

We had a perfect stay. The house was very comfortable for my family of four and my parents. The lovely screened in patio with shaded seating and a heated pool was a huge plus—and the beautiful plantings made it our own private oasis. Easy access to the many state park beaches in the area, Communication with our host was easy and timely. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Everything super clean, everything organized, super equipped with everything ready to have a good time, close to the beach, centrally located, we had a wonderful time

Overall we had a very nice stay. We had a few glitches but the property owner was prompt in response. The home is comfortable and we loved the lanai and pool area. The only drawback is the lack of a closet in the primary bedroom. We did however really enjoy our stay.

Pictures match actual conditions (we went on Zillow to find the missing 2nd bathroom pictures, which also currently match). Excellent owner with quick response. One of the bedrooms appears to be a converted garage with no closet or hanging rod which was a bit of an inconvenience. Nice, secluded, pool with good amenities. Kitchen had all the needed glass and cookware for non stop meals and the grill worked well. Very convenient location for beach and grocery runs, as well as a nice Venezuelan bakery (Silva's) for a snacks and coffee.

The host was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint, is that I wish I had received the code to check in earlier. Otherwise, my friends and I had a wonderful stay for New Years! The pool and rooms were really lovely. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is bigger than the pictures in my opinion. The neighborhood is very cute and close to a Trader Joes. We also enjoyed the grill and outdoor seating. Would highly recommend!

Very quite neighborhood, very comfortable property we had everything we needed, very clean and the pool was excellent. Great customer service from the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay.
