Home with Pool minutes from Downtown and the Bay!

My brother lives a couple blocks from this house, so it was the perfect location for us, and we loved being close to downtown Fairhope and the beach in this idyllic neighborhood. The kids loved the pool, and swam multiple times every day! The very clean, remodeled house has cute beach-house decor, with all the amenities - a stocked kitchen, laundry, pool towels and floats, plenty of seating areas, toiletries, wifi, and more. We felt right at home! My 79-year-old dad was with us, and one of the reasons I booked this house was that there was a walk-in shower (there was actually 2 of them!) for him. However, I did not take into account the three step-downs throughout the remodeled house. It was not ideal for an elderly person. It does not detract from the house, but I wanted others reading this to be aware, as it wasn't something I thought about when looking!

I rented this property for my family who was coming from abroad for my wedding in Fairhope. The house is big, rooms with space, adorable living room, and fantastic pool! Everything you need!! Location is excellent !! I definitely recommend it!! Communication with Todd and Jenny was super easy!!

We had a perfect stay at Todd and Jenny’s home. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, and the mattresses and bedding were luxurious. The house was immaculate throughout. The open floor plan was so nice for our family—we could chat while some were at the table playing games (provided by hosts), some were reading, and some cooked. The pool was clean and fun and the screened-in deck was a game-changer. Our hosts thought of all the best touches to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We had ground coffee, extra blankets for cool nights, bathroom amenities, plastic flatware for pool side, pool towels and floats, grill, and more. We can’t wait to come back and make this yearly vacation home for our family!
