Great place. Really enjoyed our time here. Good cookware. Great for two small families. Very convenient to the beach. Plenty of soaps, toilet paper, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

Nice decor. Clean. Elevator (not opperational) Needs new set of pans and pots. They all scratched up. Suggest to use granitestone for rentals

House is updated and close to the beach. No real view, but a short walk down and over the sand dunes gets you there. Parking is tight, so if you bring a pick up, be aware of this and walk up to the parking spots first.

Great location with easy access to beach & town. Good layout for groups with 'shared' space on middle level. Ocean views are only in the master bedroom (which is awesome), but both lower & main levels have decks to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and feel like your own private space. Was the perfect place/stay for our girls trip!

noticed the masterbed is beyond it's life cycle. left side is concave even after pumping the 'comfort' module to the firmest level ( it's like a sleep number bed I guess). Slept in the bunk bed instead. all else was fine. would return only after knowing the masterbed has been replaced.

Proximity to the beach.

Not clear in the ad that the ocean wasn’t visible from most of the property, that the p property was so far south (we know the town well), that the property was squished in with many townhouses, etc. However, we always live the town AB’s the house itself was very nice and well maintained.

Nice townhouse, well kept up and close to beach. Quiet area, private. Kitchen is nice, grill is awesome. Bed was comfortable.

Our extended family has stayed in various properties in Manzanita each summer for a number of years now and we felt this was the best one so far. We would definitely consider renting it again next summer. We did have an issue with the door lock but it was quickly addressed. It would also be helpful to have some utensils specifically for the grill.

We loved our stay here. The townhome is a part of a small complex of similar units, clean, minutes walk to the beach, and close to town. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an elevator for guests who didn't want to do the stairs, but has to be arranged ahead of time. Highly recommend.

We loved the location and the layout of the rooms and living area. The master bedroom had such a lovely mattress. I was so comfortable. The nice house made for a great ocean trip!

Well-appointed newer construction. Very close to the ocean.

The house was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.
