Stayed Aug 31, 2024One of the showers was dirty, hair left in drain, no instructions on how to use appliances, tv. Not all plug-ins, or lights/switches would work. Tv in main bedroom no connection to anything. Remote control in living room only work if you had a pin to push button to use the over or down button. People came to work on downstairs unit during our stay, really unprofessional since VRBO says you have the place to yourself. Overall, it served its purpose & we had wonderful family vacation despite the house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was nicely done and had plenty of room. The best of both worlds, close enough to the beach, but far enough away to not have to deal with a lot of noise.

Stayed Jul 25, 2022So far for everything was fine except the temperature in the living room and the 1 bedroom on the 2 floor , it was hot The front door doesn't close o All the way so the cool air escape . needs to be fix and maybe another ac unit

Stayed Mar 16, 2022Plugs in master bedroom does not work Not enough towels for everyone in the house. Could not get in touch with host for several hours. Check In was at 1600 but the place was not ready and the cleaners said it would be 2 more hours. When we did get to come to the house the code that was emailed did not work and no answer for hours from the host.

Stayed Nov 5, 2021property was nice however no propane in the bbq pit after i asked a few days before and was assured that propane tank had propane. Then batteries on remotes for tvs were dead. Last when i text primary contact with questions i didn’t get a response. so make sure you ask questions before arriving .

Stayed May 7, 2021Easy check in. Very roomy. We did not feel crowded. Stocked with lots of plates, bowls, and glasses. Ice maker in the fridge was helpful. Kitchen had salt and pepper, cooking utensils, eating utensils, a couple frying pans, and a pot. Beds had linens and the grill had a full propane tank. We never ran out of hot water in the showers or sink. It was nice that it had paper towels, toiletries, pot holders, dish washing soap, detergent, and a broom. If I had to pick a few things that could be better (even though it isn't to anyone's fault), I would say parking is limited but the description of the property tells you that. We did have to re-wash some dishes before we could use them (not a big deal), and their was some items left under the beds from the guest before (hangers, a cup, and some other things). Again, nothing to major, and we would definitely stay here again. Communication with our host was prompt and a good experience.

Stayed Dec 26, 2020Couple problems with house. The floor leaked on upstairs bedroom and upstairs toilet handle broken. Air conditioners / heater didn’t work in bedrooms. We left day early because of leaking roof and would love to get last night money refunded.
