Home w/ Hot Tub + Deck ~ 3 Mi to Ark Encounter!

Great property we had a great stay very convenient location to all our stops!!! we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else!!

We really like the home, while there was only 5 of us it was nice have the area downstairs for the boys. I will definitely be booking again for a larger group of women.,

Awesome house for a big family group! Total of 8 of us, with four kids in the mix. Hardest thing for us to find in VRBOs is a house with lots of beds/bedrooms and this one has plenty! Less than 10 minutes to the Ark. We'd stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was neat and clean when we arrived and was decorated cute for the Christmas holiday that made it feel like home. House had everything we needed. Owner communicated well and stayed in touch to make we didn’t need anything. The home worked well with my families need. Definitely would recommend if traveling to the area.

Well kept, and tastefully decorated home, close to the Ark and 45 minutes to creation museum, enjoyed the backyard for the kids to play, portable fire pit, hot tub, and games. The garage was well suited for additional picnic and serving spaces and deck was a great way to watch the kids play.. our family enjoyed grilling on the gas griddle! Hosts were super responsive and accommodating!Highly recommend

We stayed here to attend a conference at the Ark with friends. Most beds were comfortable, and there was lots of room to spread out. Some comments that the ladies wanted me to pass along:Downstairs bathroom was not clean (pink growth in shower, filthy rug with a dried worm, and the drain was semi-plugged); front porch light is out; no cupboard space for groceries; large serving bowls are all cracked; not all burners on BBQ work; reclining couch in living room is broken; but the biggest complaint was not enough towels. Host was friendly and communication was superb. Excellent location if visiting the Ark.

Awesome place! The hot tub is great under the stars. And the place is gigantic so many bedrooms although I only needed one. It was still great to stay in and the host was very helpful.

After a college football game at Purdue, we spent 3 nights at this property. We enjoyed the space for 3 generations - most of us for our first visit to both the Creation Museum and the Ark. Other than a few challenges learning the TV remote we had a great time.

The house was excellent, clean and spacious. The two TV rooms made it great for the family to have space to spend time together. They thought of everything that we needed. The convenience to the Ark Encounter and accessibility to the highway for going to the Creation Museum was excellent. Really glad we booked with them. I felt like the price was very reasonable for a group of our size.

We came to Williamstown to visit the Ark Encounter and when we entered the home we felt the warmth of it. It was clean, so quaint, and very inviting. Every room was spacious, the kitchen had all of the necessities, and there was so much room for us to spread out and have our own space yet come together for meals. It was nicely decorated and offered a nice porch to take in the evening breeze and morning sunsets. The back patio had a hot tub that was perfect for a relaxing evening after touring all day. The neighborhood was so quiet and well kept and the house manager was very responsive and helpful. All 5 of us had the same experience and our standards are high. This home exceeded our expectations.

We had everything we needed. Such a sweet house and sweet town. Property manager was so kind and reached out to me in the beginning of our stay and when we left. It was a very cozy and comfy home. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everyone loved the home. Could not have found a better place in cleanliness, room for large family and stocked with basic needs… very quiet neighborhood! Will stay again for sure !! The home is in the perfect location to visit the Ark, creation museum, Indian state fair, and anything in Cincinnati Thank you from South Carolina !! We plan this trip to see the Ark but ended up two days at the Indiana state fair along with a tour of Indianapolis race track. A boat cruise and dinner in Cincinnati along with a tour of the baseball statium.

The property was great for us and nice it was so close to the Ark. It was quiet and enjoyable to be at!

The house was larger than expected. I believe it would sleep 15 comfortably. There is plenty of room to gather and fellowship both upstairs and downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you may need and only minutes from the Ark Encounter.

This property was a perfect fit for 3adults & 3 children. We each had our own space & the 8 & 6 year old loved the bunk nook! 3 minutes to the Ark-40 minutes to the Creation Museum. Big pluses for us were the side patio with swing & the hot tub on the deck. Great reclining sofas in the living room where we played games in the evenings. One bed downstairs had seen better days but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay here again. Meticulous lovely bathrooms.

The home is immaculately cleaned, thoughtfully stocked, spacious, positive messages in all decorating, layed out is a way that is perfect for kids and adults. We were there with family and friends. All of the kids and teens loved having the basement to themselves, its like two homes in one. Everything you can think of is ready for you upon arriving. The host is the most kind, caring, ready to help person I have ever interacted with on any rental platform.
