This is our second time staying at this property. My son being on the LSU football team this location is close to the school. It’s a very beautiful property. I will definitely use them again.

Beautiful and clean

The rooms accommodated my family and we enjoyed the location, style, and cleanliness of the property. The property owner/manager was very accommodating.

The house was generally clean, we found a few things left from a previous guest. There was a crushed can in bedroom one's closet and jewelry left on the floor in bedroom 3. Two of the 3 extra blankets in bedroom 2 had an unfavorable odor, so we didn't used them, and the coat closet smelled like residual smoke. I would suggest sanitizing the entire house between each stay. I thought the cleaning supplies didn't allow me to clean as much as I would have liked during my stay. I just like to clean as I go but there was no dust pan for the broom and, as the host advised, minimal soap pods for laundry and the dishwasher. I would suggest the towels be kept in the linen closet in the bathroom. The white ottoman in the picture was not in the home, but the home was tastefully decorated. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The description states 3 bedrooms are upstairs, so I thought the 4th bedroom was downstairs. I sent a picture and email when I found the can, but the host didn't respond to it so I am not sure they saw it so I will post it again here. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the home and had room to relax and have fun together. The suggestions are just to make it better.

It was clean and close to the college for the football game if your coming back from lsu on a game night go down burbank rd because of contraflow on the other rds.

We loved our stay! Would 100% recommend if you are going to an LSU football game with friends!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we will book again! It is spacious, clean, located in a great area, and is less than a 10-minute drive to the LSU Natatorium.

What a beautiful place to stay! Clean, roomy and comfortable! Every thing worked perfectly! Neighborhood was quiet and convient to campus and downtown. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The house was well equipped for our stay. It was less than 5 minutes from LSU and in a great neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice spacious place. Had plenty of beds for 7 and 3 baths.

Everything was great. Great location They were very helpful. The upstairs gets a little hot but I’m sure that has something to do with the temps in the area. Would definitely stay again Great place.

We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter’s MBA graduation from LSU with many friends and family. This listing was very clean and spacious. Communication with the property management was great. We did not have any issues at all and will be keeping this listing in mind for future visits!!

The property was warm, welcoming, comfortable & perfect for my family while visiting BR for my daughter’s graduation. I also appreciate how the host was available for questions prior to my visit.

Overall was a great stay, great location for USBS bowling tournament (very close to LSC)The bedrooms are large and well maintained. We arrived to a Thank you note, two bottles of water and 2 cans of soda, with a few Keurig coffee pods. It was clean and spacious! Our only complaint was lack of place to put your clothes - i.e hangers/dressers. Also, cooking was a bit cumbersome, as it lacked a few basic things like kitchen towels and oven mitts. There were exactly enough drinking glasses as well, no more. Only large drinking glasses and coffee cups. No juice glasses. The coffee maker is an off brand Keurig - makes exactly 1 cup at a time, so feel free to bring your own Keurig coffee pods. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. No wash cloths, and exactly enough towels. We would stay again, if we were to come to Baton Rouge! Highly recommend!

This unit was perfect for the 6 of us that traveled down for the USBC bowling championship. The unit had everything we needed for our stay which was so nice. It is centrally located to everything. Would stay again if we come back.

Had a group stay here for bowling nationals and it was clean with plenty of room to spread out and many beds to sleep in

Very clean, a lot of space for our large group, had cooking utensils and silverware so we didn't have to eat out for every meal, washer and dryer, two bedrooms had TVs, a very nice space to stay there for a few days.

Nice neighborhood with easy access to a main road. House was clean and had more than enough room for the nine of us staying.

Very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Gas station around the corner, many food options close by. The street is a little tight when people park on the street, because they do. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you

We rented this listing for a four day State Swim meet at LSU and had an outstanding stay!

This house was spacious, clean, recently updated, and in a central location. There were eight of us in the house and it did not feel crowded at all. I would stay again if I ever travel to Baton Rouge with a group in the future!
