Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

✦ FREE PARKING is available on the property. Ample parking space for up to 6 cars is available to accommodate your needs, and your security and privacy are of most importance to us.

✦ For guests with INFANTS additional accommodation for CRIB and High Chair are available.

We provide FREE PROPANE for the grill. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

✦ KAYAKS ➡Our home has two kayaks to be used in the Myakka River across street from our home. Are all available for FREE after waiver signatures received by host
If you choose to engage kayaking, we require that you wear a LIFE JACKET provided for your safety.
Any damage to a kayak must be reported to the host immediately. Kayaks must be returned in the way they were found. No kayaking after sundown.

✦ BIKES ➡We have 3 bikes available for FREE use from and around the rental. These are not to be transported .

✦ THE use the BIKES and kayaks are at your OWN RISK ✦

✦ Boater's PaRADISE ! ➡Bring your boat or rent one! We have FREE boat Ramp across street from our home at Myakka River .We highly recommend!

✦PET FEE :$80 per pet /per stay. (To clarify, the $80 fee is an extra cleaning fee for the pet not for the service animal. As per the ADA, we do not charge any fees for a service animal.)


✦POOL HEATER ACTIVATION FEE (➡NEGOTIABLE for 10 days o more )

✦POOL HEATER activation fee will be a $20 per day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM UPON REQUEST .It will be an additional fee NOT included on the rate.This fee covers the energy costs associated with maintaining the temperature throughout your stay .

Please let us know ahead time if you would like to activate pool heater as the heater does take a couple of hours to reach its set point.

★Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 80ºF - 85ºF★
