Stayed Jul 11, 2025The house and accommodations were great. The best part was Shane and April the property managers. We were flooded in for 2 days and with no power for 1 1/2 days (nothing compared to the folks in Kerrville). They did everything they could to accommodate our needs. We had a toddler in the family with a fever and ran out of Tylenol and they found a way to get some to us and a place to stay until the flooding receded. This went way above excellent customer service, and we certainly appreciate the efforts on their part. Buchanan Properties you should be very proud of these two, they represent interest very well. Thanks again Shane and April, I'm sure we will be telling this story for a few years.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property met the needs of our group perfectly! The house is spacious and each bedroom has its own restroom. The patio with pool and wet bar was a great space for all of us to relax and socialize. We loved that the rental included access to the gorgeous Concan swimming hole. Our host, Shane, was great and responded promptly when we needed support. I give this awesome property my highest recommendation!

Stayed May 24, 2024This was a perfect place for our family to have a vacation all together after more than a decade apart. The house is beautiful and was clean when we arrived. The pool felt great and everything was easy to access! Not too far from town and enough to feel secluded. I would definitely come back again!
