Stayed Apr 21, 2026Perfect for our whole family to stay in for GCU graduation. The house is well maintained and spacious. My only complaint is that two of the rooms didn’t have room darkening curtains. We had a 11-month old with us so the crib was a plus. The living room is sparsely furnished, but that was better with the baby crawling around. About a block and a half off 75th Ave so the house is quiet.

Stayed Mar 3, 2026Great location as we went to Spring Training Baseball at Am Fam Field in Maryvale. Neighborhood was a bit noisy at night but we felt safe. Our host Gabby was great communicating and the place had everything we needed.
