This was a beautiful place! It had a lot of room for us all to have space as well. Back yard and seating/pool area were used a lot even though it was early March! Very peaceful. Easy to find and a bigger yard so you were not right on top of your neighbors. Lots of towels (both bath & beach), which is one less thing to pack. If we are ever back in the area, we would want to book this place again!

This is a beautiful property. The backyard and the river are delightful and by sure, more enjoyable during Summer. The common areas are cozy and comfortable. We ended each day so tired of playing with our 4 grandchildren, that didnt noticed there's only one TV; but we had many iPads and the wi-fi works perfectly. The only but I could point is that the bedrooms are designed for people that dont mind the sunlight. There's light coming everywhere, so dont forget your sleeping mask. And another little thing to consider is wine glasses. But I guess only wine enthusiasts are aware that drinking wine in plastic cups spoils the experience.

The house was lovely and very spacious, perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the river. The kayaks and pedal boat were a great bonus and made our stay even more fun. One small suggestion would be to add a larger or round table with more seating, just to make meals together a bit easier for a big group. That said, we made it work and had a great time. The host was great, very responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great, loved the house and all of the amenities. Great town and easy to and from San Antonio. We were a small group but this would accommodate a large group.

This house lacks for nothing. Perfect get away for family. Beautiful property.

Property was clean, beautiful, and large. Communication was quick and reliable with owner. Everything was amazing. I would recommend the owner purchasing a larger dinner table. The table could only fit 8 - not reasonable for a house that sleeps 20. TV fire stick was not connected, bring an hdmi just in case. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. I would suggest more than 1 roll of toilet paper in bathrooms, again we visited with 20 people so we were out of TP on our last day. Would stay again granted a few changes.

We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay! We just had a few nit-picky things we didn’t like about it. 1. No extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags2. The pool maintenance workers showed up and I wasn’t aware3. Pool was a little murkyOther than that we loved our stay and the space to house 20 people!

Six moms and 7 high school seniors had a great time at this beautiful, quiet house this weekend. We had a great time and will remember this house for other family events.

My stay was great. Beautiful home and beautiful view of the river. Really enjoyed the out door grill. The kids loved the pool.My family and I will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view of the lake from the deck was absolutely beautiful , perfect for morning coffee or reading a book. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and how close it was to nature. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, scenic escape!

The property was beautiful to see until we ran into all kinds of problems from no water pressure in two bathrooms, a horrible stench coming from the upstairs bathroom were we all slept, the upstairs sliding glass door did not lock, microwave was broken. All the issues were fixed within 1-3 days of being there for a six day stay. I was told that we were the first group to stay there when they purchased the property. I let our host know that it was not ready to be rented especially for that rate of this home. I asked for a partial credit. Our host got things handled as I mentioned within three days but ignored my request for that credit twice. That stench we smelt was like urine that we were breathing in until they got it fixed. VRBO I never had this kind a problem but it was very concerning. Some kind of response from the owners of the property would have been the right thing to do I realize the host is the host but some kind of follow through would have been the right thing to do. Anyone staying here please verify that all is working properly for that money. The home is beautiful just wish we could have had the wonderful experience we paid for.
