We booked for 11 nights but had to leave after 4 as the house was not as expected at all. There were wet patches on the walls, and mold. Still fighting to get the money back for the remaining days. Watch out.

Lesley and Steve were lovely and very accommodating. From early check in to lots of personal touches for our family Halloween weekend. Used as our base while we visited Alton Towers. Lesley went our of her way to make my family feel welcome.

The hosts are kind and welcoming, and the property is nice, clean and comfortable. Beds for children are delicately prepared with cute sheets and duvets. The place is close to a beautiful city park and is accessible to many bus lines.

We had a comfortable stay in this 'two up two down' style Victorian terraced house. Close to good skatepark which suited 12 year old son and we enjoyed ten pin bowling and Pizza Hut meal at nearby retail / entertainment complex. Close enough to Peak District to enjoy a day trip there.

The hosts were very accommodating, kind and welcoming interms of arranging the rooms as per our needs, keeping in good contact and waiting to let us in to the property. The property was comfortable and well furnished, with very welcome little details such as free condiments and decaff coffee (I forgot to bring my own)! The house is in a central neighbourhood, close to Festival Park which has shops, supermarkets and places to eat. It was a great base for our family to visit Alton Towers, Waterworld and the Peak District. There was always ample parking outside property. Only slight issue were noisy opposite neighbours on one of the nights.
