An easy stay! The home was well maintained and beautiful.

The property was absolutely beautiful and felt so cozy. Everything was with in a good distance. The neighborhood is very quite. The back yard was great for the kids it is fenced in and gated. A nice sitting area to watch them play. It has 3 bed rooms 1 office 2 bathrooms 2 areas to lounge abs watch tv. 2 Dinning areas. The kitchen did have more cook wear then i expexted. Wich made me so happy. They do supply some tolitries and cleaning supplies.but i did have to go resroke. But we had 5 adults and 2 kids.

3 bedrooms, an office that could be a 4th bedroom if you have a sleeping bag/air mattress, and lots of common space. Perfect for a family of 5 in town for sports.

We really enjoyed the rental we were in town for our sons graduation from Fayetteville University. The home was really nice and loved the outside sitting area we had dinner out there one night. I would recommend this property. The only thing is if i stayed again i would love to get the access code to enter the property before check in time. Other than that awesome rental

The property was just as advertised and really lovely! I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Host was great at communicating and definitely would book my stay again when I come back to this area.

Ultimately the stay was very accomdating. The host was easy to get a hold of. Clean home, my only downfall was I couldn't open the windows.

This property was a great spot for my family (myself, my wife and 2 little girls) to visit family in Fayetteville. Clean house, comfortable beds and furniture, close proximity to grocery store. Made our extended weekend stay in town very comfortable. Will definitely rent this property again if it is available the next time we come down to visit.

We enjoyed our short stay. The home was clean and beds comfortable. I had older family with me and found the home not handicap accessible. It would be nice to do a few simple things to help with making it more accessible for older folks.

Close proximity for where we needed. Very clean. Plenty of space to spread out as there are two living room areas, dining room, and office that are all separate from the three bedrooms. Adorable outside space as well.

The property is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for family and friends, games for the kids and a nice yard.The only complaint is the mattress in room 1 (primary BR) is at the end of its lifespan which caused two sleepless nights. Not happy about that. It would be nice to have a toaster in the kitchen. nighttoakitchen

The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen looked well equipped, though we did no cooking, only coffee and cereal. Three star rating due to a dirty bathtub by main bedroom and an apparent peeling of the refinish in the second bathtub. Was able to clean tub with a magic eraser. Enjoyed baseball theme and had a nice laundry room. Property manager should have checked house before renting out to insure it was okay.

We visited a family friend for her retirement from the Army after 27 years. The location was wonderful and the house was spacious and we all had plenty of room. If we are ever back in the area, we will book this place again! Highly recommend!

This home was truly our home away from home in a quiet, centrally located area. We were minutes away from everything. Communication with the Host was clear and timely and we completely enjoyed our stay. The on site coffee was a bonus for me.

This is a great place to stay!! Have booked numerous times!!
