Home away from Home! Great location in between the Village and Holiday Valley

Excellent location and amenities. Home is what one might expect in a home this age when it comes to squishy floors, shaky stair handrails, etc. Hosts very accommodating and I would stay again.

The host was very responsive and the location was just 2 minutes from the ski resort!

Nicely renovated old home with lots of Amish oak trim and furniture. Kids enjoyed the game room in the basement. Love the really large table. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking.Host was able to provide a pack and play and a high chair. Perfect place for our extended family get together.

The house was perfect for our group of adults and kids/teens for a quick spring skiing weekend. Location was perfect, house was clean, and kitchen was stocked. Place was great!

We skied at both Holimont and Holiday Valley. Great location for both places. We also had events in town and actually walked to the bars and restaurants. Such a great experience. We’ll be back!

This is our second trip to Holiday Valley and we realized the off resort options might be our speed. We don’t mind driving up to the resort, have teenagers in tow and cook most of our meals at home. This place fit us all, has room for our group to grow, had more than one bathroom and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The gear storage was very helpful and almost a portal back to warmth on our -13 trip. It’s close to downtown if the imbibers wanted to venture. We had two cars and plenty of parking space. The host was great in communicating with our planner (who decided to break his elbow pre-trip) and our guests who couldn’t work the TV. One full bath is on the main level with one bedroom and another bedroom upstairs had a full bath so remaining bedrooms share the main level bath. Our last place only had one bath so we considered two full baths a BONUS!! We had a wonderful experience and are grateful for these accommodations and will likely return.

We had a great stay at Chateau Clark. It’s far bigger than it looks but cozy at the same time. Our group of 4 adults and 6 kids/teens had plenty of room. It’s about two minutes from Holiday Valley- great location!

When asked to join a group of friends for a ski weekend and tasked with finding accommodations to fit 8 adults, I hopped on VRBO and immediately knew that Chateau Clark would fit our needs. Clean, roomy and comfortable are the first words that come to mind and ideal location to the village and the slopes are the next. On site parking was ample for our 4 large vehicles. I would be remiss if I did not also mention how lovely the property was as well! Communication with the host was clear and easy and I would not hesitate to book again for next years trip!

We stayed at Chateau Clark as a post holiday get-away. We are not skiers but have always visited Ellicottville as a young couple and now a family of five! Our party grew this year and included grandparents and family friends. We had plenty of room, five well appointed bedrooms! Bathrooms (3 full) were plenty. We spent nights in the fun basement, although old it was warm, not scary per kids, and clean! We cooked many meals in the updated kitchen. Easy walk to town and easy drive to Holiday Valley (we did the mountain coaster-so fun).The hosts were easy to communicate with and made sure we were settled and check-out was simple.The mud room is a skiers dream, but we liked using the hooks to hang our various snow gear...it was a winter wonderland! We will be back!
