Home away from home. Clean and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath in Richland, WA

Convenient location

Pretty much as advertised. Property was very clean, check in process smooth and straight forward. Traffic noise was a bit more than expected - but our home residence is on a quiet street so other guests may not find it as distracting. A bit ironic to have in the guest book state amenities “especially to enjoy the coffee and tea” and find only two Kuerig pods and 1/2 can Folgers for coffee and a single selection of Earl Gray tea albeit in copious amounts. Beds were comfortable, living room couches and seating cozy and comfortable, kitchen amenities were adequate. Shag carpet is definitely in need of updating and on the well worn side of it’s life. Overall, nice place to stay and priced appropriately - in our opinion hits the most important categories for us - clean and comfortable beds.

If you're looking for an older style home this is perfect. Super cute, loved the old original wood floors. All 3 bedrooms are up stairs and sharing 1 small bathroom. Made it a little tight as we were in town for a wedding. The AC was amazing as it was hot this past weekend. Unfortunately it turned off during the night and got hot around 4 am every night.

Me and my family enjoy this place so much that we have already stayed here three times. This place is close to great food places and good shopping venues. We look forward to coming back next year.

Nice clean and conveniently located. A few spiders and ear wigs maybe cause it was warning up. The place kind of had a hint of cats with a couple on the back porch that wanted in. Thankful there wasn't any hair or dander inside and our allergies weren't bothered! We'd stay agin, thanks guys!

This place was perfect for my kids and I to enjoy thanksgiving.

The house was nice and cozy, only thing it looks as if it was not thoroughly cleaned before my stay as one of the bedrooms pillowcases smelled of urine when I arrived. The dishwasher was also filled with dirty dishes from previous guest. The neighbor is very rude and turned off the WiFi on us a few times during our stay. He was always complaining to the host about us being loud, when she let me know of this I definitely addressed the issue and he continued to complain. He seems very nosy and he made my stay very uncomfortable.

Property was a good order and easy to check in and out.

Nicely remodeled older property in a quiet neighborhood. All the mattresses were what I would call 'goldilocks', not too firm and not too soft. There is only one bathroom which might be a stretch for more than 3 people. Easy walking distance to the Farmer's Market, Howard Amon Park and the Community Center. The Kitchen was nicely equipped. VRBO did not automatically send me check in information, so I had to call the owners the morning we planned to arrive. They quickly resolved the situation. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The yard needs some work. But we were grateful to have a comfortable place to cook meals and sleep for our stay.
