Everything abour this house was awesome. There was a bee hind by the front door area that was my only concern.

Edward was an excellent communicator. He was helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. We would stay again

Great location near multiple shopping/dining hubs. Home has great proximity to the neighborhood pool. Host was easy to reach and very responsive.

House was clean and in great condition. Ice maker wasn't working in the freezer but owner was willing to door dash some ice for us. Great location - would stay here again!

My family and I were in Gilbert for a family wedding. We booked this home and did not regret it. This House is absolutely amazing very clean. It has everything you need. Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants shopping. Our flight came in early. The host. Edward was so helpful and letting us check in earlier when we got to the house. Everything was immaculate. It’s in a beautiful area. Quiet. The pool is great. That hot tub is amazing. Thank you. Edward The next time that we are in Gilbert, we would most definitely love to book this property again, so for those of you who are reading this if you were looking for a great time. The house was great, clean and very comfortable. Edward our host was very accommodating and got back to us very quickly.The pool was a bonus and was right next door.The house was equipped with just about anything you needed. Everyone had their own bathroom. I would stay there again!

Nice home in good location. Host is excellent, always attentive and accommodating. A very short walk to the hot tub and pool was perfect. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. Very spatious, clean and nice location. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets and pillows were provided. The Host was easy to contact and quick to provide us information about accessing the property and gave us a list of local resturants and things to do.

Excellent stay, the whole house was spacious enough for my group and all the amenities such as the pool and playground where basically right outside the front door. The communication was amazing with the property management and i am looking forward to booking again in the future.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for my family of 5. The kids loved that it was right across from the swimming pool.

We rented this property in mid March for 28 days. On day 16 they closed the pool/hot to grind/resurface the concrete. This was planned maintenance the host should have known about. We NEVER would have stayed at a place without a pool/hot tub. It was closed for 44% of the time we rented it. The property did not meet our expectations. Our group was very disappointed.
