Stayed Jun 24, 2023It’s absolutely terrible. We left the property after 12 hours and vrbo has not refunded our money. Spent two hours on the phone. No one called us back.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023The house was well kept, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 19, 2022We were in Birmingham/Hoover, Alabama with our 13-year old grandson for a baseball tournament with games at the Hoover Met Sports complex, the Spain Park HS, and the Spain Park Veterans complex. The 3- bedroom house was between 20 and 30 minutes from each venue. Our grandson had his own bedroom with TV that he could set up his X-box and stay occupied when he was not playing baseball. All of the appliances worked perfectly and the washer and dryer were a God send to be able to wash his uniforms without going to a laundromat. A 45 minute drive for a day trip to Tuscaloosa to visit and take a chaperoned tour at the University of Alabama was enjoyable for all of us. The quiet neighborhood had smaller and older houses but we always felt safe and we were never bothered by barking dogs or loud music. The cost of the house for eight nights was the same price as a one-room hotel but it provided greater flexibility and personal privacy for all of us. I would rent this unit again without any hesitation or reluctance. The host responded quickly to any questions and check out was flawless. If you’re coming to Birmingham/Hoover with a couple of kids for a baseball tournament, this is an excellent place to stay. A Publix grocery store is less than ten minutes away. This is a definitely a diamond in the rough.
