Stayed Jun 24, 2024Had a great experience staying at this location. The host (Nick) took the time to go over the details on the phone prior to arrival and even accommodated an early arrival. Parking on the street and accessing the entry with the lights along the gravel and stone pathway was extremely easy. Loved reading Nick’s racing accolades while playing pool (the living room has awards, helmets, and pictures). The place was spacious with large leather seating and large coffee table, which was helpful when working remotely. Nick also added a keurig, iron, and ironing board upon request. He offered his propane grill too but there was a sudden downpour. It is a basement so you will hear footsteps above you but it’s not too disruptive. I extended the last day, which Nick stayed up late the evening before trying to process and was able to accommodate at the same price. I also considered buying his white ‘09 impala or ‘17 Malibu premier that he was willing to sell for 12K and 22K since he keeps his properties in good condition. Will return when in the area again!

Stayed May 18, 2024Well-kept, close to restaurants, Coffee shops and antiques shops.Comfy bed, private entrance, recently decorated. Solar lights lining the pathway were a big help.Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Nick was truly an accommodating host who provided anything I needed. He was helpful/patient/kind when I needed tutoring about the lock. His accomodations were private, clean and exactly what I needed for my long weekend in Fredericksburg. I would not hesitate to be a repeat customer!

Stayed Jun 21, 2019Nick is a very hospitable host - he checked on how I was doing a couple times in my two day stay to ensure I had everything I needed. Bed was VERY comfortable compared to many places I have stayed. Area has plenty of room to relax and unwind from the day.
