We stayed in this beautiful home in July with some family friends of ours (plenty of room for our 8 guests in total). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, creating new memories. The best part (aside from the views) was how quiet it was. This home is within walking distance of Purgatory ski resort which offers some additional Summer activities. We took advantage of some local hiking near the home, rented some side by sides from the resort and finished each day with a soak in the hot tub. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Durango!.

The house is great for families with active kids. It is very convenient to grab the shuttle for a fast trip to the resort if you don’t want to drive.

We had 2 families stay in this home for a ski trip. Really enjoyed the two master suites one upstairs one downstairs and plenty of room to hang out. The pool table and hot tub were great for everyone as well. Location was perfect. Shuttle was easy to use to get to the mountain. Overall, a great day in Durango.

This house is flawless! The location, the beautiful backyard with hot tub, the kitchen supplies, the comfortable beds… all perfect for our family ski vacation. The shuttle service was fantastic as well to get to the slopes daily. Management was very quick to reply- A+! We will definitely be staying here again!

Enjoyed our week long stay in winter. Management was quick to respond to small issues with property. We had tons of snow while there and just the right amount of space behind property to play in the snow for a 2 and 5 year old. The upstairs cable railing did make me a little nervous with small children, though.

It was so convenient for those snowboarding to catch a free shuttle to Purgatory. We loved the hot tub, played pool & Pacman. Will absolutely stay here again!

We just returned from a 3 day ski trip and had the best time at this house. We had two families with 5 kids total and the house fit us perfectly. The kids loved the pool table, pac man and we all loved the hot tub. The convenience to the Purgatory was amazing! We definitely will be returning.

The house was well stocked with plenty of starter supplies like TP, paper towels, dish and laundry soap. It was also well stocked in kitchen supplies. We cooked a lot and had mostly everything we needed. VRC even brought us a crock pot when we needed one. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had no issues with the house itself, everything was nice, new, clean and worked properly. Our kids spent most of their time playing in the gorgeous property out back in the snow or playing pool or ping pong. We had plans to go do activities, but the kids opted for staying at the house and playing. For skiing, this house is the best location! There is a free shuttle you call that will pick you up at the door and drop you right at the base of the mountain. It’s about a 35 min drive to Main Street Durango, which we did several times. Worth going to the shops and restaurants there. Highly recommend this house that is directly across the street from Purgatory and in the cutest neighborhood!
