HOLY MOLY SPOT! Peaceful Warm Pool 5 min Walk to Beach, Shopping Plaza & ALL!

Amazing place to stay!! Highly recommend

We had two families (9 of us), there was plenty of space, and we all loved the heated pool!! Having Publix and CVS close by was super convenient! Excellent location. A nice 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well appointed. Sandra was responsive and easy to work with.

We loved this stay for our vacation with another family. The place was perfect for us and we loved how baby-friendly it was! It had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat and the pool was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property close to the ocean and grocery store. Quiet location with a beautiful pool. Although our weather was colder than we hoped, the heated pool was a great alternative for our kids. Lots of beach chairs, wagon and sand toys to use as well:)

Great location. We loved the pool and used it daily. Grandsons had such fun. Wonderful family house, many bedrooms and space. Enjoyed dining at nearby restaurants and Publix shopping area just a block away.

Location is great and pool area is private and lovely to hang out in. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable - very bouncy and soft - you roll toward the middle. However, the beds in the guest bedrooms were good. One guest room has a low platform king bed (only 12 from floor) but was comfortable and the other guest bedroom has comfortable twin beds at normal height. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. If the interior and exterior were updated this property would be spectacular.

nice home in a quiet area. close to shopping, grocery restaurants, & the beach. 3-10 minute walk to just about everything. didn’t get to enjoy house or pool much, as we were in town for work this time, but would definitely consider staying again upon vacationing.

We came here for a family vacation and had a blast. Everything was local and there is so much to do. Beach is walking distance from the property. Pool is a huge plus especially with the little ones. We were a group of 9 people and there was something to do for everyone

The house is lovely and the location is close enough to walk to the grocery store, beach, restaurants, shops, pier etc. The sargassum on the beach this year interfered with our snorkeling plans but the pool was lovely on such hot days! Sandra was a very responsive host. It was the perfect setting for our family gathering.

We took our young kids to this house for a long weekend and had the best time. Not too long of a walk to the beach and close to a grocery store! The house is cozy and clean. We enjoyed it so much!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful home in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea! The house was spacious, spotless, and had absolutely everything we needed. Located on a quiet and safe street, it was an easy walk to Publix (1 min), the beach (3 min), and the main strip of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (10-15 min). My group of 7 girls fit so comfortably, and we especially appreciated the two large bathrooms with plenty of mirrors, which made getting ready all together a breeze!The outdoor pool area felt like our own little paradise—well maintained, peaceful, and the waterfall feature was such a relaxing touch. We also loved the little extras, like beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available to bring to the beach—nothing fancy, but so convenient and thoughtful.This home is also incredibly family-friendly, with amenities like a crib, travel crib, and high chair available. I’m hoping to come back with my husband and son!Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication was great throughout. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Really enjoyed staying here. Everything was walking distance and the house was equipped with all the essentials. Really thrilled that they had all the beach chairs, towels, wagon and toys. Peace of mind since we were coming from Pennsylvania. I cant wait to visit again. This will definitely be our new go to. First time in the area and we enjoyed it so much the whole family wants to move Lol

My sisters and nieces and I spent an amazing long weekend at Villa Pine! There was plenty of room for 8 of us, large comfortable beds in the bedrooms and plenty of living space. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with Publix and restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend Villa Pine for a family, friends get together or girls weekend!

Property was clean and ready when we arrived. Very responsive owner who communicated quickly and handled all our questions. Heated pool was enjoyed by all. Loved walking to everything…the beach, coffee shops, grocery store, ice cream, basketball courts, and live entertainment. Great trip!

This is a nice house with space and beds for a family gathering, It is a short walk to the beach. The pool in the backyard is private and nicely landscaped. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to spend spring break with our adult children!

I stayed here during January and even though it was unseasonably cool for Ft Lauderdale, the pool heater worked great and the house was big enough for 5 people. Also, this house is walking distance to a Publix, Dunkin, and restaurants on Commercial Blvd. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Beach and convenient to everything you need

This was our 2nd time staying at this fantastic home! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 baby. Very clean, great location to beach, groceries and restaurants! The heated pool was wonderful! Sandra is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Family from multiple locations across the country converged here to celebrate the coming holidays, and enjoy some beach time. Fort Lauderdale by the Sea is a charming area and we walked over there several times to eat and see the sites. The beach is beautiful in this spot. The house and pool were perfect for four adults and two kids. Plenty of room, clean, well maintained and easy to checkin and checkout. We had great, prompt communication with our host, although nothing additional was needed during our stay. Great choice!! Peaceful.

We are a family of 5. It was nice to have a bedroom for everyone including a master bedroom with a full bathroom. The size of the house is nice - plenty of room so we didn't feel on top of each other. The heated pool was definitely a plus in late November. It was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach just up the road. It is also walking distance to Publix and other stores. A great find!

This house was perfect for a family girls weekend. The pool was great and we were a short walk from the beach and downtown area. Our host was extremely responsive before our stay and answered all questions in a very timely manner.

Unfortunately, we were unable to make it to the property due to sickness. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our booking process, and answered all questions. Went above and beyond, highly recommend working with this host.

House was in a great location. TVs in all bedrooms. The beds were all very hard except for the master bedroom. The trash can outside needed attention as it was full whewhen we arrived and had flies. The Living room furniture was comfortable enough but the sectional couch came apart. Just a few things need some extra attention. oudoor

Several friends of mine and I stayed here for a long weekend reunion. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house itself had everything we needed to be comfortable with great beds and furniture, a nice living room, dining room and kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor area swimming in the pool and barbecuing. The other great thing about this place is its location. It's just a couple blocks away from a very nice beach. It's also just a couple minutes walk to a nice grocery store and various restaurants and coffee shops. I'd highly recommend!

Unit should have 2-ply toilet paper -- even if that means increasing the price $1 Master bedroom needs a chair. Difficult for people 80+ to sit on a high bed and put on shoes Master bedroom patio door handle is loose. Location on website shows at halfway down on Bouganvilla, not on Pine - should correct as we were expecting to be closer to my brother Overall survived our purpose of having family get-together with my brother who lives on Harbor Dr so we could walk around town. Our kids came from AZ, UT,and NV and we were from OH.

We enjoyed the location and the layout of the villa. There was plenty of space and a clean, inviting atmousphere.
