Holmes Beach Retreat: Walk to Beach & Dining!

This was a comfortable and well stocked house. Both a screened porch and a deck off the back. Short walk to the beach. Definitely a quiet spot but plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Amazing place for a staycation. Friends and family visited often. The unit is completely updated, immaculate and has everything you need plus plenty of parking. We created unforgettable memories!!!

The property was lovely and accurately described. We had issues with the door lock but received quick responses. Easy golf cart ride to the beach and close to a lot of the restaurants and shops on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

PERFECT LOCATION! When needing some beach time, I would definitely recommend Anna Maria Island. This townhome was ideal. Just a short walk to a soft white sandy beach. We drove our rental car to unload items too bulky to carry. We drove back to unit and walked to beach for the day. We did find parking the last day however. The townhome was as the pictures depicted by Evolve. It was clean and comfortable. Our contact person with Evolve was courteous and responsive with all questions upon arrival and with any questions we had during our stay. It is situated on a main road which could make for a longer exit during peak season. We were within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a trolly with a stop across the street that runs daily so there really is no need for a vehicle if you are able to walk. The kitchen is furnished well for home cooking. Publix will deliver groceries. The screened in deck was a great place for private relaxation after a day at the beach. Bring your sunscreen during the summer as the sun is intense during that time. CAN'T WAIT FOR A RETURN TRIP TO ANNA MARIA AND TO OUR NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME, HOLMES BEACH RETREAT!

Great location, convenient to both ends of the island, well located on main street with a little road noise. Very clean upon arrival. Quick response for a couple of small concerns. I would definitely stay again. Older but updated throughout , walking distance to most things on the island and near trolley stops and the beach. I loved it!

Had a 7 day stay with my family. The owner has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and make you feel right at home. We had a cold day and enjoyed the assortment of board games for a family day in. The neighbors on the other side are super nice and very helpful with suggestions. We had a small snafu when we arrived with the hot water heater going on, but it was addressed promptly and taken care of ASAP. We are already planning out next stay here. You won't be disappointed.

It's a very nice home, quiet and updated with lovely decor. The beds were comfy. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this twin home highly. private backyard with screened porch.

We arrived at the property on the 26th of December. It was extremely clean! It was cold and we needed to have the heat on. We couldn't get it to work and they were very fast at responding and getting it going. It was user error! They had so many items available for us that we didn't need to do a lot of shopping. The back porch was so nice and had a grill. Waits for dinner, after sunset, were up to 3 hours so having the grill to use was very nice! The trolley was right across the street, which was super convenient. We walked to the beach daily. Access is very easy and close. The area was quiet and the neighbor was super nice! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely try to book it again!

It's a very nice place, with everything you need. All updated, nice decor, great kitchen, back screen porch was nice and private with a good view of trees and pond. The backyard has lawn chairs and beach accessories to take with you to the beach. Parking is a driveway or under a carport. Good location. I felt very safe staying here.
