Hollywood Luxurious Waterfall 6 bedroom house . Incredible views

Great location!!! Perfect size house for our group of 10. Loved hanging out around the pool table, backyard pool, and theater. It was exactly what we needed for our extended family trip. Pool was nice and warm in January, Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk were so fun. Plus the food and closeness to tons of sightseeing opportunities was perfect - couldn't have asked for a better trip!

This house was amazing and located perfectly from everything. Huge space. Incredible back yard and views.

Light switches need to be labeled. Not all outside lights worked. Light bulbs need to be switched out. Needs a little bit of maintenance overall. The main living needs a paint job, you can see clearly on the wall where they have painted and and you can’t unsee it. Two men, 1 day paint the main level, fix that because it’s the first thing you see as you come up the stair case. Basement master bedroom bed slats are broken. There’s a high and low spot on the bed. House Did not feel clean, there was hair and other debris on the bed covers in some rooms. My guest question if the house was turned over properly or was there time in between the last occupant. No sure, but someone should have noticed what we noticed. I’m not picky but the next person could be bothered by this. It’s a nice house, movie theater is dope, a beating back yard, amazing sun rises. I put the review up so someone hopefully corrects some of the punch list items for the next guest. I like the house, I would return.

Beautiful property, nice location. Getting little old and need some work on lots of items. Do not book until some of the items are fixed. Microwaves are not working. Pool and Spa is controlled from remote(property manager). Make sure you are aware about asking for additional deposit for using non motorized kayaks. Sound system and internet quality is poor in Theatre room. Pool Table is old need new one. Back door locks - can't lock. We have to leave door wide open all the time - because locks were not working. Communicated with property manager(No response). Be ready for surprises. Broken items, non working equipments and amenities are not listed properly.

You don't even need the beach at this home. This property is great to share with friends as rooms have private baths and each family can have their own space. Pool and hot tub are awesome!

Loved it. Most beautiful backyard. Tons of room. Great for entertaining!
