Lots of room in this house. Three bedrooms is great. Beds were comfortable. Lots of pillow choices. Amenities good. One of the patio doors was nearly impossible to open and even more impossible to close but I’m sure that has to do with the house being built into the hill and settling over the years. Was great to have the garage. Would be difficult to park without it. Laurie was very responsive.

Very clean, plenty of linens/towels, good location, responsive host.

Only thing a bit short was cutlery. Everything else was great!

Amazing! The home was beautiful and the host was so responsive! We enjoyed the comfort and ease of the home. Great location, beautiful views, and easy to commute all across LA. We were central to everything.

The property was very clean and nice. The road getting up to it is very narrow. Having the garage to park in was wonderful.We had an issue with the wifi during our stay (no fault of the host, it was Spectrum), but the host was very responsive and accommodating, which was appreciated.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with a bunch of cooking supplies, so we could have cooked if we wanted.I would definitely stay again if I am in the area and it is available.

The property is located up high in the Hollywood hills. This worked out so well for us. We went to Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, and Six Flags. The place was clean, plenty of extra towels and linens. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and appliances. For us the garage helped out a ton. The house has some quirky things to it like the stairs and cabinets that really made it memorable. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this property to a large family or group of friends visiting the area.

Lovely quiet home near everything, wonderful host!

My family celebrated my son's birthday in LA. We were looking for something close to my nephew who lives in Laurel Canyon and came across this perfect place. It was very clean, had everything you needed, and location was absolutely perfect. Loved that it was in the hills which added to the perfect experience. The place was very comfortable and spacious for everyone.

This day was good except for the coffee maker had old coffee ground still in it and the 8 o’clock in the morning wake up call from the landscapers when we were trying to sleep in after a long day at the amusement park

This home was fantastic for my family while we were visiting our extended family in LA. There were a ton of thoughtful touches that made it a great place to stay with our little ones. The garage is a bit snug so a compact car would be a plus but we were able to fit two small SUV’s with some careful maneuvering. Super quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of awesome things to do and see.

This property is in a great central location. The neighborhood is very quiet. The private garage is a huge selling point.

Our family enjoyed the convenient location of the house in beautiful Laurel Canyon while going out to various locations and attractions. Communication was easy and quick with the property manager. The garage was a plus and the backyard space peaceful.

Although an older home, this place was lovely! It had plenty of room for our group and made for the perfect HQ for our business trip.There were a few, small, things that need addressing. One, the house is just drafty and kind of cold. We simply turned the heater up. Two, the water pressure in the kitchen, the water dispenser, and the master bathroom were low. Not a big deal but should be addressed. Three, the shower drain in the master bath is very slow.It's an older home so we just dealt with these small issues. I do encourage the owner to address, at least, the water pressure and slow drain.None of this was enough to keep us from booking again in the future though

We visited LA for the first time and this was the perfect place to stay. It was very private and easy to get to and from. It was very close to everything we wanted to see and do in LA. The house was very nice, clean and set up perfectly for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

5 of us stayed in this house as our launching pad for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. It was perfect for our needs. We didn’t use the outdoor space much, but if we had spent more time there, we definitely would have. It was a great space. We would stay here again for sure.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the hills north of LA. Centrally located near popular attractions and in a safe area off the beaten path! Laurie was an excellent host! We’ll never stay anywhere else when visiting Southern California. Thank you again!

This house was perfect for my work trip. I had to be in a lot of places and this was the perfect to middle. The house was clean. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Great outdoor area. Garage was helpful. Would stay again.

Everyone was comfortable, the house was well equipped (garage is a huge bonus), the beds were comfortable. Having AC was nice but you won't need it-there aren't mosquitoes and the outside air was perfect. My only quibble would be that the owners really should upgrade the bed linens-these were Amazon Basic so, 100% polyester. Not great but an easy fix and one that definitely would line up better with the rest of what you're getting when you book this property.
