The stay was very good and I will stay again

Pros: good communication with host and easy check in process. Pool was heated to a usable temp. Decent covered patio. With 2 nice chaise lounge chairs. Ample parking for 5 cars. Con: floors were very dirty. The whole house is in need of upkeep. Only 2 of the 5 showers hadHot water.. the beds were aweful. Bedding stained.. not enough linens to accommodate the guest count. The towels provided were torn and thread barren. There are several places in the house that require a step up or down. We had a senior citizen with us that made it a challenge. As we thought it was a single level house. The beds all need to be replaced starting with the frames. No working exhaust fans in some of the bathrooms. Broken windows that weren’t replaced instead just caulked over. No manual to tell you what day garbage day is or when to expect people coming into the backyard to do landscaping or pool stuff.doors you could hardly open and close because they are falling off the hinges. No remotes had working batteries. The filter in the main fridge needed to be replaced. Toilet seats that were about to fall off. Dirty towel left in the corner of a closet. Dead bugs and dirt on the floors in every room. Overall, for the price point on this “mansion” as described by the host is way way too high and not worth the money. We would not recommend this rental. We did not reach out to the host during our stay.

Property does need a bit of an upgrade. Other than that it was very spacious and had all the needed amenities for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely rent again!

Hi- we were a group of 5 senior couples en route to a cruise and we booked this based on photos and description - the furniture was not the same- worn out and damaged - there was feces from some sort of critters in the drawers in kitchen- the floors and corners were dirty- the walls filthy- the beds were as hard as rocks with terrible bedding- no one got any sleep- on one end of the house the power kept shutting down and we would have to go flip a breaker to get power- the pool and hot tub were dirty- we did not use- there were old clothing articles laying outside / we are a quiet group and left the place cleaner than we found it - the pool sticks didn’t even have tips on them (2 did) It smelled musty inside/ there is exposed piping- it needs a complete renovation and I would nut rec staying here On arrival The patio light didn’t work above the front door so we did not know where to go in and had to use our phone lights - no hot water in one shower- all beds uncomfortable- my lampshade had what appeared to be dark liquid (blood or coffee) dripping down it and most lamps had to be unplugged to be shut off- I have photo proof of everything. - and we did not cause any issues while staying at this home (I’ve noticed that the property manager attacks anyone who gives negative reviews- so just saying we are all 60 plus years old and left place immaculate- no parties and no late nights ) We tried to find another location as no one wanted to stay there but could not find a spot

My family and I booked this property for a two night stay because we were in town for a concert. We had 5 adults and 4 children in our group: I will preface this review by saying that I did not contact the host because we were only there for two nights and were hardly at the house. However, for the price we paid, we expected much better accommodations. The photos listed are not accurate to the state of the home. The house is old and in need of repairs. The furniture is old and in Poor condition. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows were flat, yellow and stained. Kitchen chairs and bedding are stained. There were no kitchen towels,or washcloths. Towels in the bathrooms were in poor condition and were fraying. The beds were not comfortable. The home itself was dirty. Floors were filthy and we found dead roaches in most of the rooms. The bathrooms had been cleaned, but the rest of the house was unkept. There was roach and bug feces and almost every kitchen drawer that we opened. At night, we observed several large live roaches in the kitchen and other areas of the home. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and the coffee maker looked as if it had never been cleaned. I would not recommend this home to anyone at the price point listed. It is in desperate need of a pest service and updated amenities.

A lovely peaceful stay with lots of room. CVS, family dollar and a supermarket nearby was a plus for me. Taylor is a great host very attentive when needed. I would stay again.

It was a good location, lots room clean. Everything worked AC had a little trouble they sent someone over immediately very accommodating.

My family and I planned a trip for Mother’s Day weekend and this was the perfect house. There was a lot of space. The house is in an ideal location. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would stay at this property again. 10/10; we would recommend!
