Thank you for looking at our vacation rental! This home is a full time vacation home and we are local to Buffalo, so we are typically available if you have any issues or concerns during your stay. Our full time jobs are in the hospitality industry, so vacation rentals have been right up our alley. We take pride in providing you a clean and comfortable home, and are always finding new ways to improve!

We are proud to be one of the few approved short term rentals within the city limits. This property is available for up to three week stays.

Enjoy this perfectly located home in the heart of Buffalo! A rare opportunity to stay in a home just walking distance from downtown Buffalo. Unique of other downtown locations, you can enjoy the convenience of off street parking while staying close to the historic area.

This open concept home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and underwent a kitchen remodel in 2020 and a bedroom, living remodel in 2021, and basement update in 2025.

The upgraded kitchen does not spare any small details. From the granite counters to modern appliances, you will feel at home! Quality matching dishes, cups, and utensils are provided as well as pots, pans and bake ware. Other items provided include a crock pot, hand mixer, blender, and wine and cocktail glasses. Basic spices and cooking supplies are provided for your convenience. The kitchen island seats four and also doubles as a baking center, buffet, or work space.

The coffee bar boasts a variety of coffees in case you forgot your own! A single cup and full coffee pot is provided as well as a hot water electric tea kettle.

The two upstairs bedrooms are located off the kitchen and are very spacious, including a closet, dresser, and back out curtains in each. Comfortable linens are provided. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and plenty of space for a pack ‘n’ play if needed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

The spacious upstairs bathroom has a deep tub/shower and lots of storage space. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

The dining area connects the kitchen to the living room. The dining table seats 5 comfortably, along with the additional seating at the island.

The living room has a television with a Roku and basic cable, and the home is supplied with unlimited wifi! A mini split in the dining area cools the kitchen and living room. Additional window AC units are provided in the upstairs bedrooms. The enclosed porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book, as it can be closed off from the rest of the home. It also overlooks the downtown area, if you’re lucky, you might catch a local parade or fireworks!

The third bedroom is located in the newly updated basement. The stairs to the basement are located off the entry way and the third bedroom is more suited for older kids, teenagers, or adults, rather than young children. The third bedroom has two queen beds, two dressers and wardrobe units, and a pull out privacy curtain between the two beds.

Laundry is located on the basement level along with a unique half bath with a privacy curtain. It is interesting, but handy in a pinch. There is also a large storage area if needed.

Plenty of baby and children’s toys and books are stored in the basement storage area. A high chair and pack ‘n’ play are also provided. Additional baby items may be available upon request to make your trip easier! (bathtub, baby gate, etc.). We are happy to set these up for you before your arrival!

The detached garage is mainly used for storage, and a bit small to fit any vehicles.

The home is located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains on scenic Highway 16 for easy access to all of your outdoor adventures. Just a short drive and you’re up the mountain spotting the majestic wildlife or hiking up the many trails. Just a few short steps out the front door and you are in the downtown area. This home truly offers easy access to everything Buffalo. Buffalo is such a friendly and historic town that we love and know you will too. Lots of local magazines and pamphlets are provided of the local attractions.

Pets are welcome at an additional $40 per night/per pet, limit 2 pets. There is a fenced yard. Please notify us if you will be bringing a pet/s at booking. Please also review our pet policy before booking.

We are available as needed, but will respect your privacy.

The home is located off a main street with street parking, however, there is plenty of parking behind the house and will even fit a small trailer or camper. Picnic table seating is located in the backyard with a grill. We welcome hunters and the garage is available if needed

We are animal lovers ourselves and are happy to host you and your pet.
Please remember this is a foreign place to your pet. While they may be very well behaved in your home, this is a new environment with new smells to them, and even the best dogs may have an accident not knowing where the door to go outside is.
Please review the below rules:
*No pets on the furniture
*Pet pen, kennel (medium kennel provided), or take pets with you when you are not in the home
*Clean up and report any accidents
*Close doors to any bedrooms not in use
*Pick up and dispose of any pet waste in the yard
*Sweep or vacuum excessive pet hair
A kennel and pet pen are provided for your convenience.
Carpet spray is in the laundry area for accidents.
If you did not report you brought a pet, please let us know immediately as there is a pet fee.
We appreciate you following the above rules. Many rentals do not allow pets, and we would like to continue to do so with your help on the above.
Excessive pet damage or failure to report a pet will result in a $500 damage or cleaning fee.

No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the home. Please put any butts in an outside receptacle.
No events or parties.
Additional fees for pets.
Please clean up after your pets and report any damages.
Report any damages to the home.
Please remove muddy shoes at the door.
No pets in the basement or on the furniture. Please crate your pets when they are left unattended.
Please do not put pots and pans in the dishwasher as it ruins the finish.

    This was one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in with family! We have a 10 month old baby and a 5 year old- the host already had the travel crib, high chair, and toys ready to go for them when we walked through the door! So clean, so comfy, adequate amenities like towels and dishes for us all!

    Jen was very responsive and answered our questions prior to booking very quickly. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything needed. Very comfortable beds and large kitchen! We were able to walk to town in minutes for coffee. We will return and reserve again in the future.
