Holland Meadows minutes from The Ark Encounter. Quite countryside!

Our bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and provided everything we could use. The view from the back yard was impressive. What a view! The darkness from the lack of city lights made star gazing awesome.

The home was very comfortable and in close proximity to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum.

This was a great place, we have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this may be the best we have ever stayed in. If we come this way again, this is where we will try and stay!

The house was perfect for us! A short drive to the ark and a short drive to the town of Dry Ridge with several restaurants.

The location was perfect. About 15 minutes to The Ark Encounter.

We thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s a GREAT location! The house was clean and spacious! It’s a GREAT place to stay and is like a home away from home!

We only needed it for two nights, so it was clean and met the needs. We noticed it was very sparce - there weren't a lot of dishes, but seemed to be enough. Some paper plates for things like pizza or donuts would be nice. We also got cold at night, but there weren't any additional blankets that we could find. There also was only one option for coffee. I had actually brought my own coffee, but it was a Keurig, no pot, so I had to use what was there. It's very possible that was listed in the details, and I didn't notice. That said, it would've been nice to have a flavor option, or even decaf. It bothered my parents that there was no art on the wall, but I guess it didn't bother me. Overall, it was clean, and the view was beautiful. It met the need!

The house was perfect. We only stayed two nights but it was clean, cozy and comfortable. I have already recommended this house two other families that planning to visit the ARK.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and comfortable. It was a really nice touch to have games and coloring books with crayons. I liked that trash bags, dish washing detergent and laundry detergent were stocked. It made cleaning up easier. We would definitely rent again!

Highly recommend this property. Was great having a garage and house was just as in the pictures! Location was close to The Ark and Dry Ridge.

We had a wonderful stay. The sunsets from the back porch were beautiful! Communication was wonderful, check in very smooth and easy. We would definitely stay again

Though the online pictures are beautiful, they do not do this lovely home justice. This house is very clean and comfortable. The owner has clearly put love into updating it with new floors and appliances. Everything worked perfectly. We were on a trip which included my 85 yo mother and our 13 yo grandson. Everyone had their own space - and there was plenty of room for the family to spend time together. The best part for me was the serene mornings drinking coffee on the back deck watching the wildlife including a fox family playing each day. It is conveniently located just outside of Dry Ridge so meals and shopping for incidentals was easy. Close the the Ark, horseback riding, and lots of other local finds. Do not hesitate to book it!!

Great home!! Beautiful views!!! We would rent this home again!!! One concern… there needs to be a walk-in shower. Beautiful bathrooms, but a little difficult getting in and out of the deep tub.

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful property. Everything was new, clean, fresh. The yard and deck are gorgeous and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet, squeaky clean, relaxing place to use as your home base for the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, Cincinnati, and everything in between…look no further. This place was perfect!
