Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level and leadsover a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 9 sqm, covered terrace with 1 table, 6 chairs, 1 sunlounger and parasol. Kitchen as intersecting room and with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Groß Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The location is in the middle of the migratory bird resting area (cranes and geese) and offers this special natural spectacle in autumn and spring. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
