Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 105 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. 4 devices. The entrance leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and DVD. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Motovun. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm open garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
