Yourholiday house consists of 1 floor, 7 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 260 sqm and can accommodate up to 17 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas) and underfloor heating. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule with lounge and doors to all rooms. Stairs to the entrance of the building The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with tiled stove, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen 40 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 6 sqm and with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 16 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bedroom 17 sqm and with 3 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony.

Location
Keszthely. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Our guesthouse is located in the north-western part of Keszthely, only 600 metres from the city centre (Festetics Castle), in a garden and green belt - far away from the noise of the city centre and yet close to everything. The main street, shopping facilities and other services are within walking distance. The easy accessibility is complemented by a charming, quiet street and a cycle path 100 metres away. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 80 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (600 m).
