SWITCHING THE ENTIRE RESERVATION YO FOR A LATER DATE



Please note that sending a request toswitch your entire reservation to a different date is almost equal to canceling your reservation and leaving our house vacant and means loosing the income for those dates and since we are running a rental arbitrage, and since we do business in these house we are paying premium rent for them therefore we can’t afford leaving our house vacant for the dates that were chosen before, so we will unfortunately have to decline the guest request if the guest decides to switch the reservation to a later date.

Reservation Changes, Early Check-Outs, and Moving Dates



Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season.



We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started.
