Our vacation home is located near Capoterra in the locality Su Spantu and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. It consists of 4 apartments (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor), which can simultaneously accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. It is possible to park for free directly in front of the house. On the ground floor of the villa is the entrance with a large living area of 50 square meters, available to the guests of the three apartments, with fireplace, air conditioner, sofa, TV with PS4 game console and board games. The apartment is equipped with a safe, WLAN, washing machine, sea umbrella. Possible excursions: Cagliari, reachable by car in 17 minutes; Pula and Nora, in 13 and 15 minutes; the fantastic beaches of Chia and Tuerredda in 31 and 36 minutes. Pets are allowed on request.
