Sardinia apartment with garden hinterland of Cagliari CIN.IT092011C2000Q1814

We only stayed 3 nights and end of season. The property is in a safe, quiet area. The host was very welcoming and helpful in directing us to the nearest supermarket. There is an excellent fruit and vegetables stall open daily at the local church. The property was clean and well maintained. You do need a car to commute to the supermarkets and Cagliari. The apartment is on the upper floors of the house which may make access for some or young children difficult.

First time using VRBO and we are very satisfied with the place we found near Cagliari, great location very nice service, very helpful hosts, clean and cosy home,we definitely will recommend to our friends and colleagues ?

We had a wonderful week visiting the south of the island. It’s well located to go to both coasts. Antonio was very helpful and took care of us in all situations. We even had a flat tire and he helped me find the right place to change it coming with me to the mechanic. Thanks for everything!

Owner Antonio was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a portable barbeque and beach chairs/parasol when he knew we were going to local beaches. Very nice residential area with private gated parking. Really nice house on upper floor of building. Owner lives on ground floor. Nice big living room/kitchen area and good sized bedrooms. A couple of minor quibbles. Air con is at top of stairs and not in the best position to keep living room or bedroom cool (although there was a very good big fan which we moved from room to room). Some of the photos show the back of the house (with the covered veranda) but this is not available to renters because the owner lives there. House is in really nice area but not really within short walking distance of anything so you have to have a car. If you have a car we would recommend exploring the beaches around Pula/Chia/Nora (30 minutes drive) which are much nicer than the local La Maddalena beach.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Sardinia. The apartment was very clean and catered for our every need and the owners couldn''t have been more helpful - they really went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. The location of the apartment was ideal for visiting numerous excellent beaches both to the west and east of Cagliari and Cagliari itself was only 15-20 minutes away by car. We found the nearby supermarkets and great pizzeria a real boon at the end of a long day at the beach.

Nice and comfortable apartment in good location, clean and quiet. Charming and hospitable, but absolutely convenient owners. We were very satisfied with our stay, thank you Mr Antonio and Mrs Pina!

The appartment was impeccably clean on arrival and as we arrived late, Antonio and Pina had put some nice food and wine for us. We really appreciated the gesture. The accommodation was specious for the three of us and well-equipped although there was no DVD player as indicated in the advert. There are some nice views over the hills from the balcony but the area itself is not very industrial and you really need to rent a car to go to the nice beaches and discover the amazing history and landscapes of the island. The owners made our stay very special by always being friendly, helpful and spoiling us with treats! Overall, a nice place to stay.

Anche se necessitate di consigli sempre fruttuosi su cosa e quando visitare gli infiniti siti (spiagge, archeologia, natura, ecc.), questa rimane la vostra giusta sistemazione ! Cleanness and discretion, politeness and kindness are the real pillars of this accommodation, really close to the most celebrated and pictured beaches of the Mediterranean sea and at the centre of a net of wonderful sites to visit. Your only matter of disturb will be that of the crickets by night ! Pulizia e discrezione, gentilezza e cordialità sono le colonne portanti che caratterizzano questo alloggio confortevolissimo, in cui potrete risposare disturbati, di notte, soltanto dai grilli.
