The beautiful garden opens door to the comfortable bedroom where you can rest. This house has all the facilities for a fantastic vacation. Just 13 km away is lively Bergerac surrounded by vast vineyards and famous wineries such as Château de Monbazillac. The world-famous prehistoric caves of Le Bugue andles Eyzies are about 50 km away. Enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant nearby; 1.5 km. The nearest supermarket is only 1.5 km away. The river is only 300 m away whereas water sports are only 0.3 km. The large covered terrace is a lovely place to eat and laze, there is a second covered terrace from where you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine in your hand. The garden is large and runs into a forest. A lovely place for the children. The house is pure, spacious and breathes an atmosphere of days gone by. The nearest airport is 13 km away. The check-in time is from 4-8 PM and check-out between 8-10 AM.

The property felt like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, We enjoyed our evenings watching the sunset from the second covered terrace with a glass of wine, Just perfect!

If you're looking for a home away from home, this is it! The house is beautifully maintained, and the layout allows for privacy even in a large group, We enjoyed hiking and cycling in the area, Would recommend to families and friends alike!
