Holiday home in Cotignac with swimming pool

The Bastide offers over 115m² of living space on two levels in the main building and 35m² in the annex, situated on a plot of approximately 10,000m².

Ground Floor:
Upon entering, you'll find a bright and inviting living room with a TV on the left. To the right is a lovely dining room, followed by a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the main south-facing terrace.

We can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom:

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful double bedroom (180x200cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to the garden.

On the first floor, to the right of the stairs, is a spacious double bedroom (180x200cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom and stunning views of the vineyards.

The annex is located by the pool and features a comfortable double bedroom (140x190cm), a shower room, and a kitchenette.
... Outside, a well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants awaits you.

Several dining areas are available:

- A table with a parasol, located right next to the kitchen, is the ideal spot for breakfast.

- A large stone table under a majestic linden tree is the perfect place for summer meals (a gas plancha grill is provided).

For your private use, a large outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) offers a refreshing place to relax on hot summer days. A roller gate ensures the safety of children, and sun loungers are arranged around the pool for soaking up the sun.
