The house is modernly furnished, has twobedrooms each with box spring beds and TV and a bedroom / reading room, which is equipped with a high quality sofa bed with slatted frame and also with TV. All rooms in the house have Wi-Fi.

The cozy living and dining area is also equipped with a woodburning stove. The house has two wooden terraces, one of which is heated with radiant heaters. For relaxation, the in-house sauna area with shower on the ground floor invites you.

The Baltic Sea beach and the city center of Heiligenhafen are in walking distance. Restaurants and shops are very close so that the use of a car is often unnecessary. A bakery and coffee bar is in striking distance (100 meters).
