Access is via a paved secondary road. Parking for 2 cars on the property. Purchase 500 m, restaurant 300 m, center 500 m.
Lake Balaton 300 m, beach 300 m with sand and gravel). Tennis 500 m.
A laundry room is located in the basement of house no. 3. Detergents, softeners, etc. are not available.
