The holiday home Lighthouse is a very modern apartment of a very special kind in Börgerende, directly on the Baltic Sea between Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn. The first rental took place in June 2011 and was already modernized in 2016/2017.

The apartment extends over three floors, with the third floor being the lookout. From there you can look to the Baltic Sea (except in fog :-) and watch passing ships over a glass of wine. The apartment is modernly equipped with electricheating, kitchen with all accessories, living room with cozy wingback chairs, bathroom with an open, large shower and foot and wall heating. The double bedroom is on the second floor. From here you can look over the Conventer lake - (nature reserve - water bird resting place). Your terrace with beach chair is located directly on the tower and your parking space as well. The beach is 15 minutes away, by bike you are in 3 minutes by the sea. Börgerende is connected to the European cycle path. Playground and mini golf course are 200 meters away. The modern riding stable is about 500m away. Free Wi-Fi is available (6000 DSL). Bed linen is included. A net market can be found in the village, as well as several small food markets.
