An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over 2 steps directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the 25 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 5 chairs. Dining room with dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Broadcasters only in foreign languages, on request we can provide Hungarian broadcasts

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property.
