The home was lovely, location difficult to get to by car and difficult to find transportation.

Montalcino was lovely but the property and all the bed linen and towels stank of cigarette smoke. So much so that we cut our stay short. The property was accessed via very steep and extremely narrow streets. This was not mentioned before. If you had a big car you would definitely not make it! The property also felt damp.
