Stayed May 27, 2024The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as there clearly has been deterioration over time and with use (there is also third bedroom shown in the pictures that was not available to us). There were limited supplies in the kitchen…basic ones such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters should be available at a minimum. The fridge is small and quite rusted. More (and larger) ice cube trays should be provided. And beware, the gate for the driveway does not stay open when it is windy, the brick left there is not sufficient to stop it from possibly damaging your car so be careful entering or leaving.
