The home is 49 m² with two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. You'll enjoy amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, a television, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Outside, there's a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue grill perfect for evening cookouts. Self check-in makes arrival easy. Free street parking.

There are no common areas as everything in the images is exclusively for guests.

The house has all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a portable refrigerator to enjoy on the beach. Extra sheets and towels in the master bedroom dresser. In the sofa bed, you will find the playpen-crib and its corresponding bedding. Additional blankets for the rest of the beds are also available. High chair, bathtub, and stroller for the little ones. Toys and books for children are also available. Adult touring bikes. Free street parking.



Rules: No smoking in the house, no parties or events of any kind. Pets are allowed (up to 2). Only the people registered are allowed to stay at the property.
