Located in the City of Madison, this 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom 1530 square foot home has much to offer. A family of up to eight can be accommodated with a king bedroom, queen bedroom , and two twin bedroom, with expansion to twin trundles or one trundle and a Graco Pack 'n Play Portable Crib. Features include a big screen TV with Wifi in the living room and a wallmount TV in the Queen room. The hallway to the baths and bedrooms can be isolated by closing a door to minimize noise enabling both TV's to be operated simultaneously with different programs. The Lennox HVAC unit operates quietly. Full sized washer and dryer are located in a pantry cabinet off the kitchen to enable quiet operation while sleeping. The fenced backyard has a covered patio with a picnic table and benches and comes with a charcoal BBQ kettle grill, preloaded with a complementary first load of charcoal briquets. All BBQ utensils are stored in a kitchen drawer. The kitchen is supplied with a complementary coffee/tea bar, for your breakfast. Many spices are provided and a list will be given prior to your arrival. A Magic Bullet bender is available for making your own smoothies. A complementary microwave popcorn maker setup enables you to enjoy the big screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The dining room table and chairs (booster seat available on request) is located off the kitchen. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator /freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, microwave, glass top range, a hand mixer/that converts to a stand mixer, and a toaster oven. Curl up in the soft cozy living room furniture with pillows and don't forget to select a fleece blanket from the blanket rack. The two car garage is used as a ping pong and fooseball room. Off street parking is available in a double wide driveway that is monitored by a Wifi accessible security camera. Complementary sidewalk chalk provided for young artists. Safety is important to you. We do not permit pets so the property is as allergan free as possible. The provided shampoo, cream rinse and bodywash will be content listed. We provide smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in each bedroom and the hallway, a comprehensive first aid kit, fire extinguisher in the laundry alcove and a fire spray canister under the sink. There is a security camera in the backyard and one in the front yard that you can monitor on your cellphone using wifi. The home has a security deadbolt keyless entry that is reprogrammed after each guest family departs. The largest park in Madison is a four minute walk from this property. With 9 soccer fields, 12 tennis/pickle ball courts, many walking trails/biking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor double court basketball and volleyball courts. And finally a huge brand new outdoor Kids Kingdom playground that is completely enclosed and permits picnicking on-site at provided tables. No fee for entry to outdoor features with the exception of the pools. Some indoor features require reservations. Enjoy feeding the geese and ducks with the appropriate feed at the two large lagoons where fishing is permitted but must be sportsmanly released.
