This is such a perfect location!! House was so well stocked. Fenced yard for my service dog. Trees,park ,lake, and wonderful down town !!! Music in the. Park. Art show was so fun!!! Would. Love to repeat this vacation!!!

We had a fairly large group of family members who wanted to find the perfect place to enjoy. This home met all of our expectations and we had a wonderful experience. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Even though the home is older it was immaculate, clean, fresh linens, no weird smells everything was great. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals, kids loved the man cave and even though there are only 2 bathrooms we made it work. Would absolutely stay here again!

There is absolutely Nothing that has not been considered or thought of by the owners of this home. You can literally come with your clothes and a toothbrush! We met our adult children/family ( WA-MT) here for the Thanksgiving weekend, and the layout was perfect .My husband I on main level and all kids on lower where there are 3 bedrooms and bath. The upper floor, Extremely comfortable man cave was a terrific gathering place for all of them. The location couldn't be more perfect with just a very short walk to parks and town. We will definitely return when we have the opportunity to all be together again.

Our family of 12 truly enjoyed our time in this well-equipped home. The location and layout were perfect for us. The Owners ensured that everyone was provided for including toys, books and games for big and little kids. The kitchen is well-equipped, which meant we didn’t need to bring a thing except for food. The location was perfect — we walked to the beach and three parks. A great time was had by all!

The home was just what we needed and the location spectacular. It was clean, accommodating and had many extra touches- cozy blankets, great kitchen utensils, bowls, blender, pots/pans... things you don’t count on being there but because they are it causes spontaneous moments of surprise and appreciation- pleasantly contributing to the overall experience. We had some toddlers and infants and the layout of the rooms ended up being perfect for nap and quiet time. The upstairs lounge with a great selection of current movies and plenty of space to knock around allowed for the littles to play and watch movies, giving the bigs the space and ambiance to enjoy each other’s company, while maxing out on college football. Even though the weather was cold and rainy, we were so close to the Christmas parade, lighting and fireworks that we could enjoy basically out the front door. Jo-Dee was very responsive and accommodating to a couple of our requests- we so appreciated that. We look forward to staying here during future family get togethers.

Amazing time!

The whole family agreed that this was the ideal vacation home that everyone wanted. It was well equipped with all the necessary things needed. It was close to the park,resort,and playground.The backyard was relaxing after a full day on the water.We had forgotten 2 pillows at the rental on our return home and Jodee quickly mailed them back to us! We will definitely stay at Jodee Gancaycos home when we visit Coeurdalene again. THANK YOU JODEE FOR MAKING OUR VACATION A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

This house has everything you need. Great location, every evening, and comfortable beds. I don’t know how it could get any better than this.

Such a great home for a large family gathering. Easy walking distance to the marina and downtown shopping. The house was festively decorated for the July 4th holiday and was very clean. Jo Dee made all the arrangements so easy. She was very responsive. Definitely plan to go back.

The property is very nice. Close two minute walk to a beautiful park and five minute walk to down town. The house is beautiful and very homey. The home was like living in our own home and Jo-Dee and her husband made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there again
